Neji passed 1000 comments yesterday, and I am bored today, so it seemed like a good time for a question meme.

In a pretty good place, actually, from Neji's side at least. Neji doesn't have SUPER STRONG FEELINGS about anyone at this point, because he's sort of reserved and slow to connect with people barring some kind of great shounen bonding moment. But he's comfortable around Cass, and would have been willing to bring up practicing with her on his own, which is actually saying something.

She's also bringing out his more accepting side. Which might not show, but trust me, compared to some of his other threads and reactions, it's a Thing. He's not like a wet cat around her. It's a nice start.

...A part of me looks forward to Neji getting some of his skills back, and we can like. Read body language at each other. Or something. XD

Cass is pretty lost in her own world right now, but she... wants to know more about Neji. She highly suspects they have a lot in common and she's a little desperate to find people like her in any way, shape or form. She really is intent on practicing with him and hopes that they both get skills back that will make them each a challenge for the other. In general, though, she's curious and hopeful that they'll understand each other.

What are his feelings on Iolite right now?

He's... settling. I think he's sort of figuring out what he thinks his place is in the team. I don't know. As a team, they kind of frustrate him sometimes, though less after the last game. The fact everyone participated had a positive effect.

Still, he kind of feels like they're a mess, and don't really have leadership, or enough.... professional isn't necessarily the right word, but it's the closest I can come up with... connections with each other?

In short, "You guys are okay, but why aren't you ninjas?" Or something like that.

What are your favorite type of games?

I like games like the truth game or the spin-the-bottle game. THINGS LIKE PARTY GAMES where there's a strong emphasis on interaction but also clear rules and objectives. I JUST. LIKE INSTRUCTIONS OKAY. I like being able to tell what I'm supposed to do, and how I'm supposed to win. Much much much more my preference than exploration games or ambiguous games.

It kind of depends, and I haven't been in thaaat many yet, but I think I'm kind of with you on having an objective, at least. I don't really mind exploration, though... I think that just ends up depending a lot on who you're playing with and what you're exploring. It can be cool! It can also be... eh.

I guess that I do like games that seem like games, though. XD

That's a hard one!! Me personally (and probably Cassie too), I really like Mally! BUT I LOVE THE PERSONAE!! I also just don't follow them much :x

Is there anyone Neji would consider a friend? Or at least a positive acquaintance?

There's no one Neji would use the word friend for, at the moment. That's the kind of word someone else would probably have to use first. There are people he's more positive on though. He's okay with Ace, which I mentioned below.

Hopefully he'll start warming up to people more. He has been getting a little better with some people, like Cass, so that's something. /)_(\

What kind of CR would you most like for Cass now?

I'm a whore, and the answer to that is romansuu. I GUESS IT'S KIND OF OBVIOUS but w/e!!! And I'm getting a bit of that so it's been fun. i JUST. I LOVE TEEN DRAMA STUFF OK.

Though the answer is kind of boring. Neji's still pretty new, and he's slow to settle in and connect with people, so mostly I'd like him to meet people who can get past all of the prickliness one way or another and get him to open up more. I'd like to see him getting more invested in the people in Aather. So that's kind of the first thing on the priority list.

ANY KIND OF CR WOULD BE GOOD THOUGH. Just that's where he's at. /fails

I don't really have anyone I'd like to see from Naruto, in particular, though I'd be happy to see anyone.

I agree with Itachi that Mildmay and Felix would be sort of amazing. For other things...

It would be pretty cool if someone apped Bo from Lost Girl, I think.

App plans for the future?

My app plans for the future are that I desperately want to app! However, I'm having a hard time finding a character and sticking with it. Unfortunately, it's gonna have to be one of those things that strikes me; in all likelihood, pimping things to me is no guarantee I'll a) go through with it or b) keep the character around. My apping proclivities and measures for success are very futzy so :( it's mostly frustrating. BUT I'LL FIGURE IT OUT EVENTUALLY.

Nooo plans. I have a lot of characters in camp right now, and I don't really want to push my limit on being able to keep up with all of them. Plus, no one is super pinging me, so. Who knows in the future, but nothing immediate.
