Starter Memory
Neji's father telling him he's the most blessed with Hyuuga talent, and should have been born in the main house. (significant neutral)
Notes:
-...Wow, that's a crap translation, but you get the idea.
-Neji knows his name, has the sense that the Hyuuga family is important, and the main family in particular is a Thing.
-He recognizes the Konoha forehead protector. No idea what it is or means.
-He knows something's going down with his father, and it's not cool. There is a definite sense of foreboding there, but no confirmation.
-Probably most importantly at this point, Neji has a sense of his father's high estimation of his (Neji's) talent even at a young age, and that his father believed he deserved a more important position in their family because of it. That's going to set off a certain amount of ego and sense of entitlement.
-And conversely, it sets him up for frustration because he doesn't know what those talents he's supposed to have are, along with all of the other questions this raises. Bad for his confidence, good for his drive to recover memories/skills.
-Neji also gets a sense of self-preservation from this memory.
