-So Neji's part in this is fairly small. The rank up, the comment, and then he remembers Gaara delivering his speech.
-Neji does not immediately resonate with everything Gaara's saying, no.
-This does, however, clarify how he feels about relationships in Aather in general so if he were asked, he'd actually be able to articulate how he views Iolite and some of the other people here.
